Whether you choose a simple lowkey ceremony onsite, barefoot on the beach or a dramatic off-site affair, their team can make all of your wildest dreams come true.
Our suites, offering stunning views, lots of space, comfort and convenience, provide the perfect accommodation for families and friends coming to share your special day with you and our beautiful grounds provide a range of fantastic backdrops for that perfect photo.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Barbados law does not require advance notice to get married, so you can literally say “I do!” as soon as the license is obtained – as early as the same day of your arrival if you wish!
DOCUMENTS & DETAILS
Valid Passports and the original or certified copies of the applicants’ birth certificates.
If either party was married previously and widowed, a certified copy of the marriage certificate and death certificate in respect of the deceased spouse; if either party was divorced , an original decree absolute or a certified copy of Final Judgment NOT Decree Nisi.
Applicants must be 18 years old or over and must apply for the Marriage License in person at the Ministry of Home Affairs.
All documents not in English must be accompanied by a certified translation.
WEDDING PACKAGE
Our Standard Wedding Package and Mini Reception (for 2 - 6 people) includes:
Round trip airport transfers for couple
Wine & Cheese Plate in room on arrival
In-room Prosecco Breakfast for two on morning after wedding
Minister/Priest to perform ceremony
1 Tropical Bridal Bouquet (your choice of colours)
1 Matching buttonhole for groom
1 Bottle of Sparkling Wine
1 Tier cake with fondant icing and matching fresh flowers
Use of glasses, china, cutlery and cake knife set for toasting and cutting of wedding cake
Cooler with ice & bottled water
Signing table & chair
Cleaning of the beach & use of space
Air-conditioned transportation to & from Ministry of Home Affairs to obtain marriage license accompanied by your wedding planner

Two witnesses for signing of marriage certificate

Price US$ 1,950.00 inclusive of VAT
Price does NOT include accommodation.
Optional extras such as photographer, videographer, hair and makeup stylist, floral arrangements, music, and assorted canapés and beverages can be arranged at additional cost.
Beach View is a small hotel and can accommodate weddings on property of maximum 30 people. If your wedding is larger than this, you can still use us for your accommodation and wedding package services and have your ceremony & reception off-site.
Please note that all of our weddings are arranged by a local wedding planner with extensive experience in the field.
