  • Barbados GolfOistins Fish Festival – celebrating the contribution made to the Barbados fishing community
  • Sir Garfield Sobers Festival of Golf – One of the biggest and best-loved golfing events on the island, the annual Sir Garfield Sobers Festival of Golf is a four-day tournament.

  • Barbados Gospelfest – a week long celebration of Gospel music featuring local and international artistes
  • The Barbados Rally Carnival

June

  • Barbados Cropover Festival – The largest and most popular festival in Barbados is Crop Over – a festival to mark the end of the sugar cane harvest - starting in June and ending in August this is a celebration of local culture, song and dance culminating  Grand Kadooment on the first Monday in August when carnival bands take to the streets in costume and parade through the streets to pulsating calypso and soca music ending at the Spring Garden Highway.

  • Taste of Barbados Festival – a celebration of food, drink and Barbados and the Caribbean’s culinary culture.  Celebrity chefs dinners, special tours and an array of great food and drink in fantastic venues make this a must do event.  

November

  • National Independence Festival of the Creative Arts - NIFCA showcases the artistic talents of Barbadians and encourages Barbadians of all ages to showcase their talents in the fields of music, singing, dance, drama, writing, fine art, photography, arts and crafts.

December

  • Run Barbados - takes place on the first Sunday in December and includes a full marathon, half-marathon, 10k run, 5k run and toddlers walk.  “Come For The Run, Stay For The Fun!”
